This is an 8 week course, to begin your journey back to wholeness, the fullness of you and your authentic self. This course will help with identifying and overcoming our Shadow aspect of our personality and related behavioral patterns!

Helping sort out your childhood wounds and understand how they fragment the full expression of who you are and may leave you stuck or cause limitations. Learn how our mind makes up reality and the different filters it goes through.

We address the ancestral/historical origins of behaviors, the trickster emotions, projection, triggers and how conflicts arise in relationships, while harnessing the skills of self-awareness and self-acceptance for a wholesome life.

There will be weekly assignments with healing discussions! This course is for the serious!

Tailored for anyone looking to to better themselves, become self-aware and find their way back to their full self. People undergoing transitions, grief, abusive relationships, wanting to be more balanced parents, or people going through a middle age crises, can also greatly benefit from this course.
